Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

12 Ounces turkey meat -- cubed
1 red bell pepper -- chopped
1 leek -- sliced
1/2 onion -- chopped
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 cup beer
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

In a hot pan add oil, mix the turkey chunks with hot sauce and chili
powder. Then place into hot oil and brown all sides.

Add all vegetables and cook until onions are clear.
Then add the beer and reduce half way.

Add cream and cheese, mix well and let simmer.
Finish with a little thickening agent.

Season with salt and pepper
