Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

8 ounces venison tips
1/4 onion -- sliced
1/4 red pepper -- sliced
2 gloves garlic -- minced
1 tomato -- chopped
2 strips bacon -- chopped
1 cup mushrooms -- chopped
1 cup spicy tomato sauce
1 cup brown gravy
1 pinch parsley -- chopped
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
1 tablespoon hot sauce
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons salad oil

Add the venison tips to the hot oil in the pan, brown on all sides.
Season with salt and pepper

Add bacon and cook half way, then add remaining vegetables and seasoning.
Cooking for two minutes.

Add the tomato sauce, brown gravy and hot sauce and let simmer two minutes.
Season with salt and pepper
