2 8 ounce fillets fresh pickeral
1/4 red oinon -- sliced thin
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1/8 cup white wine
2 tablespoons whole butter
1 teaspoon fresh dill weed -- chopped
salt and white pepper

Place a large piece of foil 12*12 on the table and fold the sides up
to create a cake pan.

Place fish on the middle of the foil and top with red onions, dill
weed, wine , lemon pepper and butter.

Fold the sides of the foil together creating a sealed package, place
on a hot grill for about 15 minutes.
