Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 whole egg -- scrambled
1 cup half and half
1 cup steak -- cooked and cut thin
1/4 cup onions -- sliced
1/4 cup red peppers -- sliced
1 pre- made pie crust
1 cup Monterey jack cheese -- shredded
1/2 cup cooked hash brown potatoes -- shredded
salt and white pepper
2 tablespoons salad oil

In a hot pan add onions and red peppers, cook until the onions are clear.
Then add the cooked steak and re-heat.

Then remove from the heat and place in a bowl, mix in the eggs, cheese,
potatoes and cream. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the mixture to the pie crust and place in 350 oven for thirty minutes.

Remove from the oven when egg does not stick to a fork, let set on the
counter for ten minutes then serve.
