Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 8- ounce salmon filets -- sliced 1/8 thick
1/2 cup celery -- sliced
1/2 cup cucumber , peeled and seedless -- sliced
1/4 cup mushrooms -- sliced
1/4 red pepper -- sliced
1/4 onion -- sliced
1 cup favorite oriental sesame seed dressing
2 tablespoons salad oil

In a hot pan add oil, onions, red peppers,and mushrooms.
Cook until onions are clear.

Add salmon and cucumbers, let cook until salmon is turning color then
flip the salmon.

Add dressing and fold in gently, simmer one minute.

Place spinach on two plates, then place salmon on the spinach.
Top salmon with the vegetables and dressing.
