Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tablespoons salad oil
1/4 cup asparagus tips
1/8 cup red onion -- diced
6 shitake mushroom -- no stems
12 pea pods
8 ounces salmon filet -- thin cut
1 cup chip dip
1/8 cup heavy cream
salt and white pepper

Place oil in a hot pan, then add the vegetables. Cook one minute then
add the salmon.

Carefully saute the salmon until done, remove salmon from pan and add
chip dip and cream.

Let simmer one minute, pour over salmon cutlets.
