Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

10 each large shrimp with shells
1 tomato -- diced
3 pices celery -- diced
1/4 onion -- sliced
3 cups bloody mary mix
2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
2 cups cooked grits
6 canned potatoes
1 teaspoon parsley -- chopped

In a soup pot add bloody mary mix and vegetables, when simmering add
the shrimp and cook for ten minutes.

In a separate pot cook grits and season with salt and pepper.

Remove shrimp and peel them, re add them to the stock and add otatoes.

In a large bowl add broth and shrimp, place a scoop of cooked grits in
the middle and garnish with parsley.
