Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method


breast of two birds
1/2 tablespoon garlic -- minced
1/2 lemon -- juice
1/2 cup mushrooms -- sliced
1/4 cup onions -- diced
1/4 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons slad oil
2 ounces whole butter
1/4 cup seasoned flour -- salt, pepper and flour

Dust breast in the flour and shake off the excess.

In a hot pan add oil and place the breast into the pan, browning both
sided until almost done.

Add onions and mushrooms.

When onions are clear remove the oil and add lemon juice and white wine.

Remove the pan from the fire and add butter.

Keep the sauce moving so the butter will not separate.
