Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 lake trout filets
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon paparika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 Roma tomatoes -- chopped
1/4 onion -- sliced
1 potato -- diced
1 cup mushroom -- sliced
1 tablespoon fresh basil -- chopped
1/8 cup salad oil
salt and white pepper

Mix flour,paprika, salt and white pepper together, lightly flour fish

In a hot pan add the oil, potatoes and fish.
Cook fish until golden brown than turn over.

Add mushrooms, basil and onions. Let cook one minute or until onions
are clear.

Add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
