Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method


1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Place all spices into a spice grinder and grind fine.

Rub on fish one hour before cooking.
