4 pices asparagus -- cut 1" thick
8 ounces white fish filet
4 slices red onion
4 cheryy tomatoes
2 ounces mandarin dressing
1/4 cup mushrooms -- sliced
salt and pepper

place a 8 by 11 inch piece of aluminum foil on the table.

Place the white fish on the foil skin side down, top vegetables on the
fish and drizzle the dressing over the top.

Fold the foil over the fish and place in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
