Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 venison tender
2 tablespoons salad oil
1/2 cup frenchs mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon frresh cracked black pepper
salt and black pepper

In a hot pan add the tenderloin and season with salt and pepper, brown
all sides.

When sides are browned remove from the pan and let cool.

Mix the black pepper, honey and mustard together and then place over
the tenderloin.

Place in a hot oven and cook until medium.
