Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pound turkey breast raw -- cut thin and pounded
1 lemon juice plus zest
1 orange juice plus zest
1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- chopped
1 cup sald oil
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic -- chopped
1 bottle Mikes Hard lemonade, 12 ounces

Place all ingredients, except the turkey into a blender, mix well.

Place mixture over cutlets and let set for one hour.

Cook on out side grill until done.
