The Detroit Chapter of Safari Club International is one of the oldest chapters in Michigan. Our members come from throughout the entire Detroit Metro Region. We are ethical hunters-conservationists dedicated to promoting wildlife conservation, advocacy of hunting and hunter’s rights, educating the public, and actively involved in humanitarian projects.

Our chapter is proud to be part of an international organization that has been highly successful in its efforts to maintain and improve wildlife habitats and hunting opportunities in many countries worldwide. We are doing our part in building the future for the centuries-old heritage of hunting.

Safari Club International has a membership of over 42,000 active sportsmen and women in 37 Countries. The membership spends annually nearly $440 million on hunting-related activities, supporting conservation programs throughout the world while bolstering rural economies dependent on wildlife-associated recreation.

We are currently compiling a database of hunt reports on outfitters around the world.  Our hope is to post reports, good or bad, on how your experience was.  If an outfitter has worked hard for you, we want others to know about him/her so they can hunt with them too.  If someone didn't work out, we want to share that information as well.  One of the great things about our organization is that we are all conservationists dedicated to our hunting heritage.  We should all be willing to help each other out.

For viewing downloaded brochures, you'll need to have the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you have been on a hunt lately and would like to share your experience with others, please download and submit a report.  We would especially like to hear from you if the hunt was purchased at the SCI Detroit Fundraiser/Auction.
